Shipping

All of our items ship from Edmonton, Alberta Canada.  We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place an order, your shipping charge will appear on the checkout page.  This shipping charge includes tracking and full insurance for your order.  Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.  If there is a delay in processing your shipment, you will be notified via email.  Once your item ships, you will be emailed a tracking number for your parcel.  You can expect your order to arrive within 2-9 business days depending on your location. 

Shipping outside Canada and the USA: You have the choice of a more affordable shipping option if you are located outside Canada or the USA.  This option does not provide tracking and could take up to 6 weeks to arrive.  Please be aware that while there are rarely instances of lost packages, choosing this shipping option is done so at your own risk.  Please be aware of this before choosing this option. 

Customs & Duties Charges: Please be aware that all international orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage and customs fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, these fees are calculated by customs officials and we are unable to predict these charges prior to shipment. While we do try to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we will not provide inaccurate information to customs officials.  Please keep in mind that there is a possibility that packages headed to international destinations may be delayed in customs.  Unfortunately, we have no control over these potential delays. 

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have regarding the size, materials or fit of the items that you are interested in.  We will make every effort to answer your questions accurately so you get what you want the first time. 

That being said, we are aware that minds do sometimes change, so here are our instructions for completing a return:

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the shipping charges).  If an item is non-refundable, this information will be indicated on the item details page.  These items may include but are not limited to Secret Stash items, sale items and earrings. 

To complete a return, please login to your BauXo account, select "completed orders" and locate the order that contains the item that you would like to return.  Click on the "return item(s)" button underneath the order number to process the return.  Please fill out this form and submit it to us.  Once your form is submitted, please allow 1-2 business days for us to contact you with return instructions and an RMA number. These instructions will minimize your expenses for shipping the product back to us and makes it easier for us to process your return as quickly as possible.  

Please follow these instructions.  Failure to do so may cause your parcel to be rejected at customs or incurr addittional fees.  You are more than welcome to contact us with any questions you have regarding the return process.

Once we receive your returned item(s), you will receive a refund (minus shipping charges) to the original payment method used to place the order.  If a credit or gift certificate was used, you will receive a credit towards a future order.

Important: All returns require prior authorization and an RMA number.  No return will be accepted without prior authorization.

Damaged items: If you receive a package that was damaged in transit, please notify us immediately.  Your shipment is fully insured and we need to contact the post office to make a claim for these types of incidences.  Your best bet is to set the package aside and phone us right away if you notice anything damaged.  Please retain all packing materials including the box as photographs of these may be required by the postal authorities as evidence for the claim.  A replacement item or refund will be sent to you as soon as possible.
